The Pan Has Cooled Down

Goal: to share my hobby for the benefit of others. I am not looking to exchange recipes, or, contrary to what a few friends may say, blackball specific restaurants.  This blog is for the sake of heaven and to inform and inspire the consumption of amazing shakshuka.  At first I was afraid to order it because of the special skillet it is served in, but as I will share later on, I was challenged to try shakshuka and have been ordering it all over Israel since.  This blog is an attempt to measure the texture and tastes of Israeli shakshuka - opinions are my own and often subjective.
